Kherrazi re-signs at Leiden - Jun 21, 2018

MOHAMED KHERRAZI

Zorg and Zekerheid Leiden (Eredivisie) confirmed in their roster 27-year old Dutch forward Mohamed Kherrazi (200-90). He is a dual citizen owning also Moroccan passport. Kherrazi has played there for the last seven seasons. He helped them to make it to both league and Cup finals. Good season as he was named League Player of the Week.
The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others Kherrazi won Dutch Eredivisie championship title in 2013. He was selected to Dutch Eredivisie All-Star Game in 2015, 2016 and 2017.
Kherrazi was also a member of Dutch international program for some years. He played for Dutch Senior National Team between 2013 and 2016 and previously for U20 National Team back in 2010.
Kherrazi represented Holland at the Qualifications to European Championships 2017 two years ago. His stats at that event were 5 games: 0.8ppg, 1.8rpg.
Kherrazi has played previously for two other teams: ABC Amsterdam and BV Lely Amsterdam.
The scouts decsribe him following way: Good strong inside - outside Player, Very athletic Player, Can play on position 2-3-4, Very aggressive on the boards, Very good defensive Player, Leader on the court, Good 1-1 Player.

ProB newcomer Chartres Basket Masculins strengthened their roster with addition of 21-year old naturalized Moroccan forward Reda Diabi (200-97). Diabi ended the last season at Hyeres-Toulon (ProA U21). But in only one game he did not score anything. But the most of that year he spent at Hyeres-Toulon (ProA U21) where in 13 games he recorded 12.5ppg, 4.3rpg and 1.2apg. Housam Eddine Hariri Tournament: US Monastir beaten by AS Sale 67-75 - 30 days ago
Tunisia's US Monastir conceded defeat to Morocco's AS Sale (67-75) at their second game in the Housam Eddine Hariri Basketball Tournament (Group A) played Tuesday in Beirut, Lebanon.
