D1 Round 10: CRA Hoceima loses the game and top position - Mar 26, 2018

Here is the last round review presented by ESL.

There was a change at the D1 leadership position after last games. Round 10 most important game was a defeat of league's leader CRA Hoceima (4-2). They were defeated by third ranked MAS Fes (4-2) 75-65 on Monday night. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of CRA Hoceima. It was a key game for the second position in the league. MAS Fes have a solid three-game winning streak. They moved-up to second place, which they share with 3 other teams including defeated CRA Hoceima. CRA Hoceima will play next round against strong IRT Tanger trying to make it back to the top of the standings. MAS Fes will try to continue on its current victory against sixth ranked IRAN on the road.
D1 top team - ASS Sale (6-0) had no problems winning another game. This time they crushed fifth ranked Essaouira (1-4) 94-70. Undefeated ASS Sale have an impressive six-game winning streak. Defending champion maintains first position with 6-0 record. Newly promoted Essaouira keeps the fifth place with four games lost. ASS Sale will play against WAC (#4) in Casablanca in the next round. Essaouira will play on the road against KAC in Kenitra and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
Bottom-ranked KAC (0-6) is still winless. But it was rather predictable considering how strong their opponent was. This time they could not use their home court advantage losing their sixth consecutive match to third ranked FAR Rabat (4-2) 96-57 on Saturday evening. FAR Rabat moved-up to second place, which they share with 3 other teams. KAC at the other side still closes the standings with six games lost. They share the position with IRAN. FAR Rabat will meet at home KACM (#3) in the next round, which may be the game of the day. KAC will play against Essaouira and hopes to get finally their first victory.

KAC - FAR Rabat 57-96

Bottom-ranked KAC (0-6) is still winless. But it was rather predictable considering how strong their opponent was. This time they could not use their home court advantage losing their sixth consecutive match to third ranked FAR Rabat (4-2) 96-57 on Saturday evening. FAR Rabat moved-up to second place, which they share with 3 other teams. KAC at the other side still closes the standings with six games lost. They share the position with IRAN. FAR Rabat will meet at home KACM (#3) in the next round, which may be the game of the day. KAC will play against Essaouira and hopes to get finally their first victory.
