Aliou Kane transfers to Collins Junior College.

Aliou Kane (208-C-83) did not expect to be playing this season at Collins Junior College in Texas, but the basketball world is a strange on at best. Kane spent two years at Minnesota (One redshirt year and one active) after a stellar prep career at the Blue Ridge School in Virginia. Unfortunately, things never panned out for him with the Gophers and he was forced to transfer in search of playing time. This year, Kane will no doubt start at the center position for Collins and he has already made a verball commitment to TEXAS CHRISTIAN UNIVERSITY. With things apparently back on track; he hopes for a new start at Collins and a bright future at TCU.
