Stade Malien and CRB Tombouctou entered the Finals in Mali. Both teams finished on top of the Play-offs Stage. Stade Malien sealed all three wins to finish on top with a perfect 3-0 record. They edged CRB Tombouctou 71-67 as Mahamane Coulibaly (206-2001) netted 21 points.
CRB Tombouctou managed to finish second with a 1-2 record with a better difference as AS Police and USFAS.
