Cameroon cruise into Final of the African Olympic Pre-Qualifiers. They overcame Mali 87:70 in the semifinal game. Cameroon grabbed a 27-17 lead at the start and led 13 points at the halftime. Moreover, they dominated the third quarter with a 22-11 surge, whilst Mali closed the game with a 23-16 run.
