Cote d'Ivoire rolled past Mali to improve at 4-5 record in Group F of the World Cup African Qualifiers. Vafessa Fofana (198-F/G-92) posted 15 points to lead the charge.
Cote d'Ivoire recorded a 19:18 lead after ten minutes. They held Mali to just 7 points in the second frame to ensure a 35:25 halftime advantage. Mali pulled within 7 points at the big break. But Cote d'Ivoire responded with a 19:16 run in the fourth period to ice the win. Guy Landry Edi (202-F/G-88, college: Gonzaga, agency: Promotex) delivered 14 points for Cote d'Ivoire. Ibrahim Djambo (208-F-92, college: Hofstra) and Souarata Cisse had 13 points each for Mali.

AS Police cruised to the 14th consecutive victory in the League. In the latest game they edged Stadium 63-59. Attar meanwhile overcame Sigui 76:75, while Real outscored Djoliba 60:45.
