Bravehearts clinched BAL Elite 16 spot beating Costa do Sol 73-71 in the last day of the qualifiers. From the fifth minute of the third, they took a 56-48 lead and never looked back. Bravehearts will join Matero Magic in the next stage of the Road to BAL. Harrison Banda (1997) had 16 points and 13 rebounds for the Malawians, whilst Faad Billy (2004) top-scored with 17. Ian Limbe (1997) followed them with 15 points in a win. |
