CEZOBAL:Trojans Beats Likuni Clippers - Sep 7, 2007

In the Central Zone Basketball, Trojans(One of the biggest teams in the Cental region) beats Likuni Clippers after struggles with 67 baskets to 58 baskets.During an Interview with the Trojan captain Rookie,he said "we dont deserve this win coz the other team was tough,we were failing to break through their zone,lucky we were good at shots".So far Trojans has won all their three games in their second round while Likuni Clippers has only managed to beat the 36ers.

In other games, Mimbulu whipped Bayonets while Capital city blazers whipped Bunda College of Agriculture with 123 baskets.

While the Central region and southern region are on their middle of the second round the Nothern region is about to start the second round next week.

Lilongwe based Bayonets showed total disrespect to Brave Hearts Basketball Club as broke the hearts of the tournament hosts, whom they defeated 60-51 during the grand final of the K2.7 million Brave Hearts Basketball Challenge tournament at Civo Basketball court in Lilongwe.
