The Quarterfinals are set in Madagascar. SBBC and MB2ALL won all their games in the groups to remain undefeated. In the Quarterfinals SBBC will play against ASA that finished 4th in Group B. MB2ALL meanwhile will face Tamifa that ended up on the 4th position in Group A. In the last game of the Group Stage Vakinankaratra lost to MB2ALL Analamanga 40-69.
