Al Ahly Tripoli enjoy the top of the Standings as they defeated city rivals Al Ittihad 101–95. Keron DeShields (190-PG-1992, college: Tennessee St.) erupted for 37 points to lead the charge. Later they improved to a 10-0 record beating Al Madina Tripoli SC 80-55.
Al Ahly Benghazi is meanwhile with a 9-0 record at the Libyan Basketball League, East Region. They edged Al Nasr SC Benghazi 85-84 in a thriller.
