Tabiat (Superleague) inked 33-year old American 185cm guard Antwan Scott (college: Colorado State, agency: Olsta) for upcoming season. Scott played this summer at Al Nasr in Libyan D1 league. He managed to play in four leagues in three countries last year (!!!). Scott helped them to make it to the Libyan Cup Semifinals. The last season he played at Al-Difaa in Iraqi Superleague where in 6 games he averaged impressive 17.0ppg, 2.0rpg and 3.5apg. He also played for Zamalek in Egyptian league that season. In 6 Superleague games he had very remarkable stats: 17.0ppg, 2.0rpg and 3.5apg. The other team he played shortly was Al Ittihad in Saudi Arabian SBL. In 5 games he recorded 13.4ppg, 5.8rpg, 8.0apg and 4.0spg. Scott also played 2 games in West Asia Super League where he got high stats: 24.0ppg, 4.5rpg, 3.0apg and 2.5spg.
He has tried to make it to the NBA and played in the NBA Pro Summer League in 2016.
Scott is a very experienced player. He has quite traveled the world as his pro career brought him to ten different countries on four different continents (Europe, Asia, Africa and of course North America). Scott has played previously professionally also in Cyprus (Keravnos), Finland (KTP-Basket), France (ALM Evreux), Greece (Aris Midea), Holland (Den Bosch), Latvia (VEF Riga), Syria, Angola (Atletico Petroleos de Luanda) and Saudi Arabia (Al Hilal).
Among many awards he received Asia-Basket.com All-Saudi Arabian SBL Player of the Year award and Asia-Basket.com All-Saudi Arabian SBL Import Player of the Year award back in 2022.
He graduated from Colorado State in 2016 and it will be his tenth season in pro basketball. Scott played for other colleges like: Grambling State University, University of Idaho.
