Al Wathba lands Sofian Hamad, ex Ahly Benghazi for Arab championship ...!

Sofian Hamad

Al Wathba Homs (SBL) tabbed 26-year old Libyan international 204cm small forward Sofian Hamad for arab championship . Hamad played this summer at Ahly Benghazi in Libyan D1 league. He helped them to make it to the Libyan League Title . Hamad can count that season as a very successful as was awarded Afrobasket.com All-Libyan League Finals MVP and Forward of the Year. The last season he played at Al Sharjah (ULB) in past arab championship at Egypt . He has been regularly called to Libyan Senior National Team since 2022. His team won Libyan Supercup in 2023 and 2024.
