Mohamed Sadi signs at Al Ittihad Tripoli

Mohamed Sadi

Al Ittihad Tripoli (D1) signed Mohamed Sadi, a 30-year-old international 192cm point guard. He recently played for Al Ahly Tripoli during the summer. In 10 Basketball Africa League games in Libya, he averaged 12.1ppg, 7.8rpg, 2.7apg, and 2.0spg. Sadi was instrumental in helping his team win the Basketball Africa League championship. He was voted to the Afrobasket.com All-Basketball Africa League Second Team, marking a successful season in his career. Sadi has been a regular member of the Libyan Senior National Team since 2022.
He is a very experienced player, having played in Lebanon (Sagesse), Qatar (Al Sadd and Al Khor), Saudi Arabia (Al Ansar), and Senegal (Douanes).
Among many awards, he was selected as the Asia-Basket.com All-Qatar D1 Defensive Player of the Year in 2023.
