Daniel Hamilton (ex NSA) signs at Al Nasr

Al Nasr Benghazi (D1) landed 29-year old American 201cm shooting guard Daniel Hamilton (college: UConn). He played this summer at Nadim Souaid Academy in Lebanese LBL league. In 13 games he just recently played he averaged impressive 21.3ppg, 11.4rpg, 9.2apg and 1.4spg. He also played for Caballeros de Culiacan (CIBACOPA) in Mexican league.
In 2016 he was drafted by Denver Nuggets (NBA) in second round (56th overall). The former University of Connecticut standout is in his eleventh season in pro basketball.
Hamilton is a very experienced player. And here thanks to pro basketball he experienced life in eleven different countries playing on three different continents. He is familiar with European, Latin American and of course North American leagues. Hamilton has played professionally in Dominican Republic (San Carlos and Reales), Greece (Ionikos), Latvia (VEF Riga), Lebanon, Mexico (Halcones UV Xalapa, Lobos Plateados de la BUAP and Soles), Puerto Rico (Mets), Turkey (Bursaspor and Petkimspor), Uruguay (Malvin), NBA (Atlanta Hawks, Cleveland Cavaliers and OKC Thunder), NBA G League (RGV Vipers, College Park SkyHawks and San Diego Clippers) and The Basketball Tournament (Living the Dream).
Hamilton's team made it to the LNBP Semifinals in 2024.
