Al Ittihad Tripoli (D1) signed 33-year old American guard Terrell Stoglin (185cm-84kg-1991, college: Maryland). Stoglin joins another USA player Lagerald Vick who is already in the roster.
He just played at Al Shamal in Qatari QBL league. In three games he had very impressive stats: 20.3ppg, 2.0rpg and 1.0apg last season.
He has tried to make it to the NBA and played in the NBA Pro Summer League in 2012.
He is quite experienced player. Stoglin has played in eighteen different countries on five different continents (Europe, Asia, Latin America, Africa and of course North America). He has played previously professionally in Bahrain (Al-Manama), China (Changsha), France (Cholet Basket), Greece (Ilysiakos), Iraq (Al Shurtah), Italy, Lebanon (Beirut Club and Sagesse), Morocco (AS Sale), Poland (Zastal), Saudi Arabia (Al Ahli), Syria, Turkey (Adanaspor), Ukraine (Mariupol), Venezuela (Trotamundos), Egypt (Zamalek), Qatar (Al Rayyan), Senegal (Douanes) and Libya (Al Nasr and Al Ahly Tripoli).
The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others he won Senegalese League championship title in 2023. Stoglin was voted to Afrobasket.com All-Basketball Africa League Honorable Mention back in 2021.
He graduated from University of Maryland in 2012 and it is his 13th (hopefully lucky) (!!!) season as a professional player.
