Ittihad Al-Marj (D1) landed 30-year old American 198cm small forward Zoran Talley (college: Iowa State). Talley already started the season at Penang Sunrise Youngsters in Malaysian MBL league. In four games he averaged 13.8ppg, 5.3rpg, 3.8apg and 1.8spg.
He is a very experienced player. And here thanks to pro basketball he experienced life in seven different countries playing on five different continents. Talley is familiar with European, Asian, Latin American, African and of course North American leagues. He has played previously professionally in Bosnia (OKK Sloboda Tuzla), Hungary (Ujpest MT), Indonesia (Hangtuah and Dewa United), Luxembourg (Mess), Slovenia, Uruguay (Goes) and Cape Verde (CB Cidadela). Talley won Uruguay Metropolitan League championship title in 2024. He was voted to Asia-Basket.com All-Indonesian IBL Honorable Mention in 2024.
Talley attended previously one of camps at Eurobasket Summer League on he way to pro basketball.
He graduated from Iowa State in 2019 and it is his sixth season in pro basketball. Talley played also for Old Dominion University for 3 years.
