Defending champion Al Alhy Benghazi (D1) agreed terms with 42-year old Lebanese coach Joe Ghattas). He coached last season at Beirut Club in Lebanese league.
He has coached previously in Libya (Al Nasr). His team made it to the Dubai International Tournament Semifinals in 2024.
