Al Hilal signs Yuat Alok

Al Hilal Benghazi (D1) has signed 27-year-old New Zealander ex-international center Yuat Alok (211cm-104kg-1997, college: NM State). He is the second foreign player in the roster, with USA's Kenny Brown having signed earlier. Alok moved to Al Hilal Benghazi from Alkar in the Croatian Premijer Liga, where he played this season. Despite his performance of 11.6ppg and 6.7rpg in 29 Premijer Liga games, it seems he will not be staying with that team. Alok was a member of the New Zealand Senior National Team back in 2019.
He has also played professionally in Cyprus and The Basketball Tournament (JUCOproducts).
Among many awards, his college team won the WAC Tournament in 2022. He was also named to the MEAC All-Tournament Team in 2021.
He graduated from New Mexico State University in 2022 and is in his second season as a pro player. He also played for colleges like Coppin State University, University of Central Florida, Texas Christian University, and Chipola College.
