Al Hilal Benghazi (D1) agreed terms with 29-year old guard Abdullatif Alfaqiyah (189cm-1994) for new 2023-24 season. Alfaqiyah started the season at Al Nasr. He has played there for the last seven years.
Alfaqiyah is a very experienced player. His team made it to the Libyan Cup Finalist in 2018 and 2021 final.
