Ahly Benghazi adds Kuol to their roster

Bul Kuol

Defending champ Al Alhy Benghazi (D1) added 27-year-old Australian-South Sudanese swingman Bul Kuol (201cm-98kg-1997, college: Detroit). He started the season at Cairns Taipans in Australian NBL league. In 27 games, he recorded 12.7ppg, 3.1rpg, and 1.7apg. Last season, he played at Le Mans (Betclic ELITE ProA) in the French league.
His team was the regular season runner-up in the WAC in 2020, and he was voted the Australiabasket.com All-Australian NBL Rookie of the Year in 2022.
He graduated from the University of Detroit Mercy in 2021 and is now in his third season as a professional player. He also played for California Baptist University for 4 years.
