Al Ahly Tripoli (D1) agreed terms with 25-year old Libyan international guard Naseem Badroosh (189cm-1998) for new 2023-24 season. It is actually his comeback to Tripoli as he has played here before. Badruosh was sign at Dijlah in Iraq for short period to help the team at Arabic championship . He was called to Libyan Senior National Team this year.

Badruosh the Libyan League MVP 2022-2023 has played also professionally in Yemen (Shaa'b Ibb). He won Libyan League championship title in 2021 and 2022 and the cup in 2018 and 2021. Badruosh was voted to Afrobasket.com Libyan League All-Domestic Players Team in 2021 and 2023.
He is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top summer league for players who want to play basketball overseas.
