Al-Hilal-Benghazi (D1) tabbed experienced 35-year old 180cm point guard Ismail Othman. Othman started the season at Al Morog (D1). The last season he played also at Al Morog.
He played also at Ahly Benghazi.
Among many awards he was voted to Afrobasket.com All- League Honorable Mention in 2021.
