Newly promoted Abo Slim dropped to the fifth place with three games lost. They share the position with Jazeera and Ittihad Al-Marj.
Bottom-ranked Abo Al-Khair (0-5) tried to put together a comeback for its first victory of the season, but they fell short in the 63-51 loss to sixth ranked Al Madina (2-3) in Tripoli on Friday evening. Al Madina moved-up to fourth place, which they share with Al Morog. Newly promoted Abo Al-Khair still closes the standings with five games lost. They share the position with Al Tahaddi.

In the last game of round 6 Shabab defeated Jazeera in Tripoli 74-68.

They share it with Abo Slim and Ittihad Al-Marj.
