Fouad Abou Chakra

Al Ittihad Tripoli (D1) will be lead by experienced 58-year old Italian-Lebanese coach Fuad Abou Chakra for season 2022-23.

Abou Chakra coached most recently at Al Ittihad in Syrian league. He helped them to win the league title despite they ended the regular season at the second place.

Abou Chakra also coached for Champville (LBL) in Lebanon.

He has coached previously in Saudi Arabia (Al Ahly and Ohod) and Lebanon (Sagesse).

Abou Chakra was voted to Asia-Basket.com All-Lebanese League Coach of the Year back in 2005, 2006, 2009 and 2014.
