The most crucial game of the last round was the first loss of Al Ittihad (2-1) at the home court on Thursday night. Hosts were defeated by Ahly Tripoli (5-0) 79-66. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Al Ittihad. Undefeated Ahly Tripoli have an impressive five-game winning streak. Defending champion maintains first position with 5-0 record. Al Ittihad at the other side dropped to the fourth place with one game lost. Bottom-ranked Al Morog (0-5) tried to put together a comeback for its first victory of the season, but they fell short in the 91-85 loss to fourth ranked Ahly Benghazi (3-1) in Benghazi on Thursday evening. But it was rather predictable considering how strong their opponent was. Ahly Benghazi moved-up to second place, which they share with Al Nasr. Loser Al Morog still closes the standings with five games lost. Ahly Benghazi will meet at home Al Ittihad (#4) in the next round. Al Morog will play against Al Madina in Tripoli and hopes to get finally their first victory.



Al Nasr - Al Hilal 84-66
