Ameer Jackson

Al Hilal Benghazi (D1) agreed terms with 27-year old American point guard Ameer Jackson (193cm-84kg-1994, college: WSSU). Jackson started the season at KB Rahoveci in Kosovan Superliga. In three games he had very impressive stats: 21.7ppg, 4.0rpg, 5.0apg and 1.0spg. He also played 4 games in Liga Unike where he recorded 12.5ppg, 4.5rpg, 4.3apg and 1.0spg.
Jackson is quite experienced player. He has played on five different continents (Europe, Asia, Latin America, Africa and of course North America). Jackson has played previously professionally in Iraq (Ghaz Al-Shamal), Qatar (Al Khor), Romania (CNA Vlaicu), Tunisia (Ezzahra) and Dominican Republic (Soles).
He graduated from Winston Salem State University in 2017 and it is his fifth season as a professional player.
