Ahly Tripoli lands Richard Amardi, ex Moncton M.

RICHARD AMARDI

Al Ahly Tripoli (D1) tabbed 28-year old Canadian ex-international forward Richard Amardi (206-101kg-90, college: Oregon). He played recently at Moncton Magic in Canadian NBL. In two NBL Canada games he averaged 6.0ppg, 5.0rpg and 1.5spg this season. Amardi also played for Windsor Express in Canadian NBL Canada. The other team he played that season for was London Lightning in NBL Canada where in 9 games he had 11.0ppg and 2.9rpg. Amardi was a member of Canadian Senior National Team two years ago.
He has played also professionally in Slovakia (Nova Ves) and NBA G League (Raptors 905 Missisauga).
Amardi attended University of Oregon until 2014 and it is his fifth season in pro basketball.
