After the first stage in Benghazi there is three teams interested to win the championship title ,first team is Al Ahly Tripoli (4-1) The team is looking for a sixth title and there are a number of excellent players in the team led by star Mohameed Elsadi (190-G-95) and his Egyptian coach Amir Ibrahim , on the other side Al Ittihad Tripoli (4-1) looking for the eighteen title in the second stage in Tripoli led by the American player Gerel Simmons (188-G-93, college: Lincoln Memorial) and their Tunisian coach Moneem Oun , the last team here who is looking to make the championship is Al Nasr Benghazi (4-1) The team has experienced Libyan players with the American player DaQuan Brooks (177-PG-90, college: W.Connecticut) and their Egyptian coach Tareq Selim . Eurobasket website this season in Libya will be presented all Africa awards for the first time in cooperation with the Libyan Basketball Federation there will be awards as follows :

Martin also spent pre-season at Osorno Basquetbol (Liga Nacional) in Chilean league where in three D1 games he had very impressive stats: 16.3ppg and 3.0rpg this season. In 7 games he averaged impressive 27.0ppg, 5.7rpg, 5.4apg and 1.9spg this season. The last season Taylor was tested by Al Gharafa in Qatari league. In 2008 (a year after he left the college) Taylor was drafted by Portland Trail Blazers (NBA) in second round (55th overall). The former Iowa State standoutis in his twelfth (!!!) season in pro basketball. Among other achievements Taylor won Korean KBL championship title in 2017. He received also Eurobasket.com Greek A1 League All-Imports Team award back in 2012. Taylor is a very experienced player. He has quite traveled the world as his pro career brought him to eight different countries on three different continents (Europe, Asia and of course North America).
