The club first secured its record-extending 18th league championship to reaffirm its dominance in Libyan basketball. Al Ittihad then capped off the campaign by lifting the Libya Basketball Cup for the sixth time in its history. The triumph also made Al Ittihad the most successful club ever in the competition, standing alone at the top of the all-time rankings. Mohamed Sadi (192-PG-1995) led the way with 19 points, 9 rebounds and 9 assists.
