Eilat sign a second USA player

Hapoel Eilat (Winner League) landed 30-year old American (has also Liberian passport) point guard Joe Ragland (182-80kg-89, college: Wichita State). He joins another USA player Josh Nebo who is already in the roster.
Ragland played most recently at Acqua S.Bernardo Cantu in Italian Serie A. In 9 games he averaged 8.0ppg, 3.8rpg and 5.9apg last season.
Ragland has tried to make it to the NBA and played in the NBA Pro Summer League in 2012.
Ragland is a very experienced player. He has played also professionally in Russia (Lokomotiv), Serbia (Crvena Zvezda), Spain (UCAM Murcia) and Turkey (Pinar Karsiyaka).
He won Adriatic League championship title in 2019.
Ragland attended Wichita State until 2012 and it will be his ninth season in pro basketball.
