Boulazac adds Kromah to their roster- July 23, 2018
The previous (16-17) season Kromah played at Egis Kormend in Hungarian A Division. In 24 games he was third best scorer with high stats: 19.7ppg and got 4.4rpg, 3.7apg and 1.8spg. Great season indeed as he was voted to Eurobasket.com All-Hungarian League 2nd Team, All-Imports TeamLeague Player of the Week. The other team he played shortly was United in Australian NBL. But in three games he got just 1.0ppg. Another team Kromah played briefly was Promitheas in Greek A1. In two games he got 3.0ppg, 1.5rpg and 1.5spg. Another team Kromah played temporarily was Knicks in U.S. League. In two games he got 8.0ppg, 2.5rpg, 1.0apg and 1.0spg. Two years ago (two years after he left the college) Kromah was drafted by Westchester Knicks (D-League) in third round (60th overall). He attended University of Connecticut until 2014 and it will be his fifth season in pro basketball. Kromah has tried to make it to the NBA and played in the NBA Pro Summer League in 2014. He won NCAA championship title in 2014. Kromah's career allowed him to visit three different continents. He tasted the life as pro basketball player in Europe, Australia and of course North America. Kromah has played previously professionally in Turkey (Konyaspor), Hungary (Alba) and Greece (Kavala). On Kromah: He can rebound, defend, pass. He's really capable of taking over games offensively. He gets a lot of recognition for his outside shooting, but he just finds ways to score. He has a real passion for basketball and just loves to play.
