Kenya Ports Authority adds Dickey to their roster, ex Zabiny Brno

Kenya Ports Authority (Premier League) added 30-year-old American swingman Sara Dickey (177cm-1995, college: Evansville) to their roster. She played last season at Zabiny Brno in the ZBL league in the Czech Republic. In 5 games, she recorded 9.0ppg, 2.8rpg, and 1.8spg. She also played 5 games in Eurocup, where she averaged 4.0ppg and 2.6rpg. During the last season, she played for FCC Baschet Arad in the Romanian league and Al Qadisiyah in the Saudi Arabian league. In 9 games, she had 14.0ppg, 3.3rpg, and 1.8apg.
Dickey is a very experienced player. She has played professionally in ten different countries across six continents. She has played for teams in Australia, Cyprus, Iraq, Mexico, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Czech Republic, and Egypt.
Among many awards, she won the Cyprus Division A championship title in 2024. She was voted Eurobasket.com All-Cypriot League Player of the Year and Eurobasket.com All-Cypriot League Defensive Player of the Year during 2024.
Dickey graduated from the University of Evansville in 2017, and it's her ninth season as a pro player.
