South Sudan - Kenya 80-63

South Sudan overcame Kenya 80-63 to finish third in Cairo at the 2025 AfroBasket Qualifiers. The win moved them to 3-2 on the year, while Kenya, the 2021 regional champions of the same qualifiers and former African silver medallists, finished fourth with a win over Burundi.
Delicia Washington (178-G-1997, college: Clemson) led the way with 25 points, 7 rebounds and 7 assists. Nyamuoch Teny (178-G-1998, college: Vermont, agency: On Court Prospects) and Rose Macuei (2000) notched 18 each, whilst Adut Bulgak (193-C/F-1992, college: FSU) had 12. Victoria Reynolds (178-SF-1997, college: William & Mary) replied with 21 points in the losing effort, while Jemimah Omondi (168-G-1995) brought 13.
