Thunder lands Will Davis II, ex Spartans

Will Davis II

DThunder (Premier League) tabbed 31-year old USA international 203cm forward Will Davis II (college: UC Irvine). He played most recently at Spartans in Venezuelan SPB league. In 30 games he just recently played he averaged 13.9ppg, 5.4rpg and 1.2apg last season. He can count that year as a very successful as was voted to Latinbasket.com All-Venezuelan SPB Honorable Mention and League Player of the Week. The last season he played at Ignite in NBA G League.
In 2016 (a year after his graduation) he was drafted by Reno Bighorns (D-League) in second round (28th overall).
Davis graduated from University of California - Irvine in 2015 and it will be his tenth season in pro basketball. He has been regularly called to the USA Senior National Team since 2021.
Davis is a very experienced player. And here thanks to pro basketball he experienced life in nine different countries playing on three different continents. He is familiar with European, Latin American and of course North American leagues. Davis has played previously professionally in Argentina (Regatas), Canada (Stingers), Cyprus (AEK Larnaca), Greece, Romania (CSM Steaua Bucuresti), Venezuela, Dominican Republic (Caneros), NBA G League (South Bay Lakers, College Park SkyHawks, Stockton Kings, Raptors 905 Mississauga and Windy City Bulls) and The Basketball Tournament (Kimchi Express and LA Cheaters).
Davis's team made it to the Cyprus final in 2019.
