Ittihad tabs Makur Maker

Makur Maker

Al Ittihad Jeddah (SBL) inked 23-year old Kenyan-Australian 212cm power forward Makur Maker (college: Howard) for upcoming season. He played most recently at Raptors 905 Mississauga (NBA G League) in the U.S. In 37 NBA-G-League games he recorded 8.7ppg, 6.5rpg and 1.5apg last season.
The previous (2023) summer he played at 76ers in U.S. semi-pro league NBA Summer League. He also played for another NBA Summer League team 76ers in U.S. semi-pro league NBA Summer League.
Maker has played also professionally in Australia (Kings), NBA G League (Capital City Go-Go) and NBA Summer League (Chicago Bulls).
He won Australian NBL championship title in 2022.
Maker graduated from Howard University in 2021 and it will be his fourth season in pro basketball.
