REG Kigali - KPA 97:101

Kenya Ports Authority advanced to the Finals of the 2023 FIBA Africa Women's Basketball League. They edged REG Kigali 101-97 in Alexandria. Kenya Ports Authority grabbed a 29-24 lead at the start and had a 7-point halftime advantage. Moreover, they won the third quarter 29-27, whilst REG Kigali reduced the gap due to 23-18 rally in the last stanza.
Natalie Mwangale (165-PG-1993) and Victoria Reynolds (178-SF-1997, college: William & Mary) top-scored for the winners with 26 points each, whilst Hilda Hindasi netted 15. Destiney Philoxy (170-G-2000, college: UMass) erupted with 41 points in defeat and Tiffany Mitchell (175-PG-1994, college: S.Carolina) nailed 26.
