Newly promoted Sporting Clube de Braga (Liga Betclic) inked 32-year old American (has also Ivorian passport) 203cm forward Moussa Kone (college: Hofstra, agency: Players Group) for upcoming season. Kone joins another USA player Delaney Blaylock who is already in the roster.

last session he was injured while playing for Ovarense, and did not play any games.
He played at Portimonense , in 22 Liga Betclic games he averaged 14.1ppg, 7.7rpg, 1.5apg and 1.5spg in 2023-24 year. A very good season in his career as he was voted to Eurobasket.com All-Portuguese Liga Betclic Honorable Mention.
The previous (2022-23) season he played at Cantabria in Spanish Primera FEB where in 31 games he had 4.8ppg and 3.4rpg in that year.
He has played also professionally in Germany (Kangaroos), Sweden (Wetterbygden) and Spain (Zunder Palencia, Navarra, Zornotza and Almansa).
His team won Spanish LEB Plata Group West Regular Season in 2022.
He graduated from Hofstra University in 2015 and it will be his eleventh (!!!) season in pro basketball.
