Yebo re-signs at Chemnitz

Kevin Yebo

NINERS Chemnitz (BBL) confirmed in their roster 29-year old double-passport holder Ivorian forward Kevin Yebo (207cm-97kg-1996) for the upcoming 2025-26 season. He played there last season. In 16 BBL games, he had 14.2ppg, 4.1rpg, and 1.4apg. He helped them to make it to the German Bundesliga Cup Semifinals. It was a good season as he was named League Player of the Week. Yebo also played for another German team Bayern Muenchen earlier that season. The team played in three different competitions that year, and he was exposed to basketball on different levels. He also played 13 games in BBL where he recorded 3.2ppg and 1.8rpg. It was a good season as he was also named League Player of the Week here. Yebo also played 15 games in Euroleague where he averaged just 2.3ppg and 1.5rpg. The other team he played for shortly was another German team Chemnitz.
He has played previously for five other teams: SG Sechtem 1971, Limburg, Eisbaeren Bremerhaven, Ehingen/Urspringschule, and Hamburg Towers.
In 2024, Yebo's team won the FIBA Europe Cup. He was voted Eurobasket.com All-German Bundesliga Most Improved Player of the Year and Eurobasket.com All-German League Domestic Player of the Year.
