Ivory Coast win Zone 3 Qualifier

Ivory Coast U16 posted 4th consecutive win in Zone 3 Qualifier of the U16 AfroBasket. They edged Liberia U16 54-43.
Minty Jean-Philippe Dylan OKA led the winners with 13 points and 14 rebounds, whilst Ladji Adama KONATE had 11 points and 18 rebounds. Ericson Cooper replied with 13 points in a loss.
Ivory Coast, Benin and host Liberia are participating and they play in a double round robin to determine the Zone’s best team that will be in Rwanda from September 2-14.
