Orleans ink Lionel Kouadio

Entente Orleans 45 (ProB) has agreed terms with 23-year-old Ivorian guard Lionel Kouadio (192cm-2001) for the upcoming 2025-26 season. He has played for the last three years at Moron in the Spanish Primera FEB. In 26 games, he was the league's fifth-best scorer with an impressive 15.3ppg and averaged 5.8rpg, 1.3apg, and 1.4spg (in the top 5) last season. It was a good year for him as he was named League Player of the Week.
He represented Ivory Coast at the FIBA Olympic Games Qualifying Tournament in San Juan (Puerto Rico) last year. During this event, he scored an average of 9 ppg and had 5.5 rpg.
Kouadio has also played in Solgaleo.
In 2024, his team finished as the regular season runner-up in the Spanish LEB Plata Group West. He was voted to the Eurobasket.com Spanish LEB Silver All-Imports Team in the same year.
