Abidjan Basket Club keeps Alvarez for another season

Defending champion Abidjan Basket Club (National 1) has re-signed James Alvarez, a 29-year-old Mexican point guard standing at 181cm, for the upcoming season. Alvarez previously played for the club last season.
He has previously played professionally in Mexico for teams such as Lenadores, Halcones UV Xalapa, Libertadores, Huracanes, and Apaches.
He won the Ivory Coast National 1 League championship title in 2022 and was voted to the Ivory Coast League All-Star Game in the same year.
