   #1. This week's number one is an international swingman Charles Abouo (196-89, college: BYU, currently plays in France). He led ADA Blois to a victory over the closely-ranked Nantes (5-15) 84-80 in the French ProB (second division) in Saturday night's game. Abouo was MVP of the game. He scored 20 points and grabbed 5 rebounds (was perfect 5-for-5 from the free throw line) in 34 minutes on the court. ADA Blois Basket 41 (11-11) is placed ninth in the ProB. This year Abouo averages: 10.0ppg, 4.0rpg, 1.8apg, 2FGP: 52.2%, 3FGP: 29.0% and FT: 83.3% in 10 games he played so far. He has a dual citizenship: Ivorian and American. Abouo is currently a member of the Ivorian senior national team.

   #2. Second place goes to an international point guard Jean-Francois Kebe (185-94, currently plays in France). He could not help Saint-Quentin (8-2) in their last game on Friday. Despite Kebe's good performance the second-placed Saint-Quentin (8-2) was defeated 81-74 on the road by the lower-ranked Rueil (#7) in the Places 1-10 group. He recorded 11 points, 4 assists and 3 steals. Kebe's overall stats this season are: 6.5ppg, 1.9rpg, 2.8apg, 2FGP: 55.6%(35-63), 3FGP: 21.0% and FT: 70.5%. He is in the roster of the Ivorian senior national team.

   #3. The Ivorian player who performed third best last week abroad was former international center Cedric Bah (198-94, currently plays in France). Bah contributed to Souffelweyersheim's victory against the tenth-ranked La Charite (2-8) 95-81 in the French NM1 (third division) on Saturday night. He recorded 10 points and blocked 4 blocks in 22 minutes. BC Souffelweyersheim (8-1) is placed first in Places 1-10 group. This year Bah's overall stats are: 9.8ppg, 5.7rpg, 1.6apg, 1.5bpg, 1.1spg, 2FGP: 48.1%, 3FGP: 26.3% and FT: 77.5% in 27 games. He played for the Ivorian national team two years ago.

   #4. Point guard Souleyman Diabate (181-87, currently plays in France) was not able to help Sluc Nancy (16-7) in their last game on Sunday. Despite Diabate's good performance Sluc Nancy was defeated 80-74 in Roanne by the leading Chorale de. He scored 10 points and added 7 assists. Diabate's total stats this season are: 8.3ppg, 1.2rpg, 4.5apg and 1.1spg. He is also Ivorian national team player.

   #5. International swingman Vafessa Fofana (198-92, currently plays in France) faced previously mentioned Charles Abouo in the French ProB last game. Fofana was not able to secure a victory for one of league's weakest teams Nantes (11-11) in their last game. Despite his very good performance Nantes lost 80-84 in Blois to the higher-ranked (#9) ADA Blois. Fofana scored 17 points and grabbed 9 rebounds in 38 minutes. This year Fofana's total stats are: 10.0ppg, 5.2rpg, 2.9apg and 1.2spg in 22 games. He plays currently for the Ivorian national team.

He had a double-double by scoring 18 points and getting 10 rebounds in 41 minutes. Jean D'Arc Vichy Clermont Metropole (16-7) is placed fourth in the ProB. Kone has averaged so far 8.3ppg, 8.7rpg, 1.1apg and 1.2spg in 23 games. He is also Ivorian national team player.

Center Bali Coulibaly (199-95, currently plays in France) was the major contributor in a La Rochelle's victory against the seventh-ranked Feurs EF (4-6) crushing them 84-61 in the French NM1 (third division) on Tuesday night. Coulibaly scored 16 points and grabbed 7 rebounds in 23 minutes. Stade Rochelais Basket (3-7) is placed ninth in Places 11-20 group. Coulibaly has relatively good stats this year: 10.4ppg and 4.2rpg in 24 games. He plays currently for the Ivorian national team.

Former international forward Moussa Kone (203-93, college: Hofstra, currently plays in Spain) helped Palencia Baloncesto edge one of league's weakest teams CB Prat (7-21) 64-63 in the Spanish LEB Gold (second division) in Sunday night's game. Kone recorded 6 points and grabbed 7 rebounds. Chocalates Trapa Palencia (17-11) is placed seventh in the LEB Gold. Kone has averaged so far 5.9ppg, 5.1rpg and 1.1bpg. He is another player who holds two passports: Ivorian and American. Kone used to play for the Ivorian national team four years ago.

Forward Tiegbe Bamba (204-91, college: Portland St., currently plays in France) couldn't help C'Chartres (10-8) in their game against Aix-Maurienne (7-16) in the French ProB (second division). He scored 6 points, grabbed 5 rebounds and dished 4 assists in 26 minutes. C'Chartres lost 74-80 in Aix-les-Bains to the much lower-ranked (#16) Aix-Maurienne. It was C'Chartres' sixth consecutive loss in a row. This year Bamba has relatively solid stats: 11.8ppg, 4.6rpg and 2.2apg in five games. He is an international player who is currently on the senior Ivorian National Team roster.

   #11. International center Adjehi Baru (206-91, agency: Duran International, college: Charleston, currently plays in Spain) couldn't help Leyma Basquet in their game against Real Canoe in the Spanish LEB Gold (second division). Baru cannot count Saturday's game as one of the best ones. He recorded only 2 points. His team was defeated 65-58. Baru has averaged so far 2.8ppg and 2.3rpg. He plays currently for the Ivorian national team.

   #12. International point guard Bryan Pamba-Juille (184-92, currently plays in France) couldn't help Caen in their game against Lille Metropole in the French ProB (second division). Pamba-Juille scored 9 points in 18 minutes. His team lost 71-77. Pamba-Juille has averaged so far 9.0ppg, 1.6rpg and 2.0apg in five games. Despite he played previously for the French U20 national team, Pamba-Juille is currently in the Ivorian national team roster.


One more player who has never been selected to any of national teams, but has Ivorian passport:

   #1. Jonas Zohore (208-C-91, currently plays in Hungary) could not help TF Budapest (2-22) in their last game on Wednesday. Despite Zohore's good performance the bottom-ranked TF Budapest was crushed 108-83 at home by the higher-ranked Sopron KC (#12). He scored 12 points and grabbed 6 rebounds. Zohore's team will play only one more game in the Regular Season. And that game will be critical. Zohore has relatively good stats this season: 13.7ppg, 9.6rpg and 1.4apg. He has a dual citizenship: Danish and Ivorian.
