Real Betis tab K.C. Rivers

Newly promoted Coosur Real Betis Sevilla (Liga Endesa) inked 32-year old American (has also Bissau-Guinean passport) shooting guard K.C. Rivers (196-98kg-87, college: Clemson). He played most recently at Crvena Zvezda in Serbian KLS league. Rivers managed to play in three leagues in two countries last year (!!!). In 14 KLS games he averaged 11.8ppg, 2.9rpg, 2.4apg and 1.3spg. He helped them to win the league title. Rivers also played 11 games in ABA League where he had 10.1ppg, 2.5rpg and 1.8apg. The other team he played that season for was Grissin Bon RE (Serie A) in Italian league. In 10 games he recorded very impressive stats: 15.6ppg, 4.9rpg and 2.4apg.
Rivers is a very experienced player. He has played also professionally in France (Chorale de Roanne), Germany (Bayern Muenchen), Greece (Panathinaikos), Russia (Lokomotiv), Spain (Real Madrid), Italy (Benetton Treviso) and NBA G League (Stockton Kings).
Rivers attended Clemson University until 2009 and it will be his eleventh (!!!) season in pro basketball.
His game is described as: One of the top all-around players on the team, he possesses a strong basketball IQ. Has shown to be a solid rebounder. Can score in lots of ways, hes also a good defender on both guards and forwards.
