Ouattara re-signs at Monaco - Jul 15, 2018

AS Monaco Basket (ProA) confirmed in their roster 26-year old French international shooting guard Billy Ouattara (194-92, agency: BeoBasket). He is a dual citizen owning also Ghanian passport. Ouattara played there last season. In only one ProA game he recorded 12 points, 3 rebounds, 1 assist, 1 steal and 1 block. He also spent pre-season at the Nets in NBA that year. The other team Ouattara played that season for was Long Island Nets in U.S. NBA G League where in 12 games he averaged 7.4ppg and 2.0rpg.
The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others his team won French Leaders Cup for two years in a row (2016 and 2017). Ouattara was also voted Eurobasket.com French ProA All-Domestic Players Team in 2017.
He has been also a member of French international program for some years. Ouattara has regularly played for French senior team since 2016 and previously for U20 National Team back in 2011.
He represented France at the World University Games in Gwangju (South Korea) three years ago. His stats at that event were 8 games: 7.6ppg, 2.0rpg, 1.1apg, 1.1spg, FGP: 45.5%, 3PT: 15.0%, FT: 70.6%.
Ouattara has played previously for two other France teams: Chalon/Saor and Denain Voltaire.
