Equatorial Guinean champions recorded their first win at the Road to BAL West Division. King Africa BC edged Abeilles Basket 63-59.
Both teams nailed 18 points each in the first quarter and King Africa grabbed a 4-point lead at the halftime. They won the third quarter 16-13, whilst Abeilles Basket reduced to final 4 after an 18-15 rally in the last stanza.
Ndomo Ndomo (1997) led the way with 15 points and Jean MOUATCHO poured in 14. Kurt-Curry Wegscheider (196-G-2001, college: LCU) answered with 22 points in the losing effort.
