C.B. Tarragona 2017 (LEB Silver) signed 24-year old Equatorial Guinean forward Oscar Ngomo (197-90). It is actually his comeback to CB Tarragona 2017 as he played here before. Ngomo played last season at Malabo Kings in Equatorial Guinean D1 league.
He has played previously for two other Spain teams: C.B. Valls-Felix Hotel and Vila-seca.
