D1 is at the halfway of the Regular Season and there are still another 4 rounds left.

Very significant was Malabo King's (#1, 4-0) victory against their biggest opponent MBC (2-2) 71-66. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of MBC. Malabo King have a solid four-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 4-0 record. MBC at the other side keeps the second place with two games lost. They share the position with Six Stars. Malabo King are looking forward to face bottom-ranked Rhema B. (#5) in the next round. MBC will play against San Antonio and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
Bottom-ranked Rhema B. (0-4) is still winless. But it was rather predictable considering how strong their opponent was. This time they could not use their home court advantage losing their fourth consecutive match to third ranked Six Stars (2-2) 81-65. Six Stars moved-up to second place, which they share with MBC. Rhema B. at the other side still closes the standings with four games lost. Six Stars will play against San Antonio (#4) in the next round. Rhema B. will play against the league's leader Malabo King and hopes to get finally their first victory.
