Afrobasket.com All-Egyptian Superleague Awards 2026- May 19, 2026 Anas Mahmoud, 30-year old center from the finalist team Al Ittihad Alexandria, was selected as the Player of the Year at the Superleague.
He graduated from Louisville eight years ago.
Mahmoud received multiple other awards, was honored as the Defensive Player of the Year, Domestic Player of the Year, Center of the Year, and was named to the First Team and Domestic Players Team.
