Raneem Elgedawy, power forward from the finalist team Al Ahly Cairo, was named the Player of the Year at the Egypt. She graduated from the Western Kentucky five years ago. Elgedawy received multiple other awards, was voted the Forward of the Year and was selected to the First Team. With Elgedawy's excellent performance, the finalist team Al Ahly Cairo achieved the best record of the season in the league, finishing with an impressive 12 to 1 in the regular season. Her best performance made her team reach the finals but they unfortunately lost against Alexandria 0 to 3. Elgedawy's consistent performance as a playmaker earned her the fourth ranked in rebounds per game, showcasing average of over 11. She was the Player of the Week honoree twice during the 25 26 campaign. Elgedawy led the Egypt in points per game with over 21. She has totalled 6 games of 20 or more points on the year and recorded 30 or more points in 3 games. Elgedawy registered double-doubles in 10 games at the event. Her 35 points against the NBEC were the most she scored in the 25 26 season. The standout forward Hagar Amer was selected as the Finals MVP of the championship-winning runner-up team champion team the Alexandria. She was also chosen to the First Team. With Amer's excellent performance, the runner-up team champion team the Alexandria achieved the best record of the season in the league, finishing with an impressive 13 to 1 in the regular season. Amer's excellent performance assisted her team in beating the Al Ahly 3 to 0 in the final series. She received Player of the Week award in the league. Amer showcased her talent by ranking fourth in points per game with an average of almost 18 and third in rebounds per game with an average of almost 12. She has totalled 7 games of 20 or more points and had double-doubles in 12 games on the year. Amer's 24 points against the Shooting were the most she scored in the 25 26 season. Among many awards she was selected as the Afrobasket All-FIBA African Champions Cup Player of the Year as well as the All-FIBA African Champions Cup First Team back in 2022. She was selected as the Afrobasket All-FIBA Basketball League Africa Defensive Player of the Year in 2025. Nadine Soliman, guard from the Al Ahly Cairo, was honored as the Guard of the Year of Egypt. She Is the UNCG alumna from 2020. Soliman was also named to the First Team. Her best performance made her team reach the finals but they unfortunately lost against Alexandria 0 to 3. Soliman was voted Player of the Week twice during the 25 26 campaign. She orchestrated her way to the fifth spot in points per game, showcasing a dazzling average of over 16. Soliman also averaged almost 9 rebounds per game in the league. She has totalled 4 games of 20 or more points and recorded double-doubles in 8 games on the year. Soliman's 33 points against Alexandria were the most she scored in the 25 26 season. The standout forward Hala El-Shaarawy earned a spot in the First Team of the championship-winning the Alexandria. She Is ex Saint Peter's University from 2016. El-Shaarawy's excellent performance assisted her team in beating the Al Ahly 3 to 0 in the final series. She logged almost 12 points and over 8 rebounds per game that season in the league. El-Shaarawy registered double-doubles in 2 games at the event. Her 18 points against the Al Ahly were the most she scored in the 25 26 season. Alia El Shabrawy, 24-year old guard from the Heliopolis Cairo, was voted to the First Team at the Egypt. She notched 15 points and almost 5 rebounds per game over the season in the league. El Shabrawy has totalled 4 games of 20 or more points on the year. Her 35 points against the Al Gezira were the most she scored in the 25 26 season. Among many awards she was selected to the Eurobasket All-English WNBL First Team back in 2023.
