Adam Moussa, Zamalek’s standout guard, was named Most Valuable Player (MVP) — presented by WayUp Sports — following his team’s victory in the Egypt Men’s Basketball Cup final, where Zamalek defeated Telecom Egypt 87–68.
The award was presented to Moussa by Dr. Mostafa Fawzi, board member of the Egyptian Basketball Federation, alongside Mohamed Afifi, CEO of WayUp Sports. Moussa played a crucial role in ending Zamalek’s long wait for the Egypt Cup title, delivering an all-around performance that included: 14 points 8 rebounds (offensive and defensive) 9 assists Efficiency rating: 24 in 32 minutes Zamalek controlled the game throughout, leading 25–19 in the first quarter and extending their advantage to 42–39 at halftime. They widened the gap in the third quarter to 65–53, before sealing a comfortable 87–68 victory in the final period. Earlier, Al-Ittihad Alexandria secured the bronze medal and third place after defeating Al Ahly 84–77 at the same venue.
